We are currently looking towards a rebranding initiative that would better position ourselves in the industry at the local and international front. We aspire to create a household brand that is easily recognisable. Our direction is to be the premier choice of brand in water filtration and purification. Many research and development exercises, fundamental in capturing the essence of our flagship product are currently conducted persistently to identify the right and best method that would minimize toxic pollutant content in Bruneian waters.

Our approach towards achieving our vision is aggressive in the sense that we take pride in giving our customers the best solution and in order to do that, we have to be an expert in our subject matter. That’s where we are aggressive; we place great importance in being the best in the industry by taking into account all measures leading to it. Apart from that, we also seek to create opportunities and avenues for all our business units which will strengthen our brand as a while in the following years.

We provide after sales service such as installation of machines, service and repair, service and maintenance contracts as well as free delivery of accessories of our customers

Our aim is to bring solutions and provide convenience beyond the doorstep because at Blondal, we take into account the needs, expectations and hassle-free solutions for our customers. By doing so, we are able to reduce risks of major breakdowns while being time and cost efficient.

As an organization which is associated with healthy living, we are indirectly contributing to Corporate Social Responsibility through the production of appliances which are environmentally friendly and energy saving. Our appliances are designed and manufactured to optimize on healthy living for our customers through devices that extricates pollutants which are hazardous not only to the health but to the environment as a whole which makes CSR part and parcel of our business.

Aside that, we also carry out various initiatives outside the working atmosphere as a way of giving back to the society. As an organization which practices great values, we believe that contributing to the society helps spread the values we practice to a wider spectrum of audience as a way of generating a better society and world at large. Some of the activities carried out that have made significant impact among people are charity campaigns and donation drives.

Health and Safety Policy

We take great importance in health and safety matters. As a good corporate citizen, we take upon ourselves as far as practicable, the task of ensuring that in the course of carrying out our business,

All front-liners, and in particular our service technicians are required to sit for the yearly examinations conducted by NIOSH (National Institute of Safety and Health), as well as receive typhoid injections every 3 years. Portable Appliance Test (PAT) is a process in which electrical appliances undergo routine inspections to ensure safety. We are the first few companies in the region that implements this test on our products to ensure customers’ safety satisfaction and peace of mind.
